At AURA Academy, we take great care in preparing and delivering your spiritual tools, wellness products, and ritual items. Our goal is to ensure every order arrives safely, promptly, and in alignment with the quality we stand for.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume periods or product launches, processing time may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and carrier.

Typical delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–12 business days

International: 7–20 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs, and weather may affect timing.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update with initial scans.

4. International Shipping

We DO NOT currently ship to most countries worldwide.

Please note:

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

AURA Academy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately at [email protected].

If the order has not yet shipped, we will update it for you.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier.

AURA Academy is not liable for:

Packages marked “delivered” but not received

Packages lost or delayed by the carrier

Damage that occurs during transit

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

For items marked as pre-order or backorder:

Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page.

Your full order may be shipped together to reduce environmental impact.

If split shipping is required, we will contact you.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has begun processing, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
